Today’s Challenge Topic: 

DAY 1: (AWARENESS) IDENTIFYING YOUR LIMITING BELIEFS
Today is all about identifying the negative self talk that’s continuously playing in your mind. Through a short yet powerful exercise, you’ll see how those negative beliefs are preventing you from speaking up, making healthier decisions, having more confidence and how they can be keeping you sick, sad and stuck. We can’t change what we’re unaware of so day 1 is all about creating awareness of what needs to change. 

Here are your action steps for today:

  1. Get a journal 
  2. Use the writing prompts: I’m so… I can’t… I’ll never… and free flow your responses to see that’s at the root of your beliefs
  3. Identify where they came from, when did they form?
