Today’s Challenge Topic: 

DAY 2: (DISCOVER) WHAT NEEDS TO STAY AND WHAT NEEDS TO GO
Now that you know the negative self talk that’s causing you to think and act the way you do, what’s working for you and what’s not? Day 2 is all about discovering and deciding what needs to stay and what needs to go.

Here are your action steps for today:

  1. Where did this belief come from? (A specific event, scenario, etc.)
  2. Is it a fact or a belief?
  3. What would happen/how would life change if I let it go?
  4. Am I willing to let it go? Why or why not?
