PBT Institute Journal

What’s the best way to use the journal?

That’s completely up to you and your style:

  • Some people like to ask a specific question, such as: “What am I supposed to know today” then put the pen to paper and write.
  • Others leave it beside their bed to jot down dreams they may want to interpret when they wake up.
  • Others may enjoy a brief meditation followed by journaling what may have come up during that time.
  • Still others may prefer to “dialogue” where they’re imagining a conversation with God/The Universe/Source/Your Highest Self or whatever/whoever you feel inspired to dialogue with and have a sort of “improv” conversation where it simply flows from one to the next.

Choose the style that works best and most importantly, stay consistent. You’re better off writing one page per day than journaling once in a while.
