Hi. I’m Dr. Debi.
I’m the Founder of the Post Betrayal Transformation Institute. Over the last 30 years I’ve supported thousands of people to heal physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually from their betrayals.
In everything I’ve seen and in all the people I’ve worked with, I’ve come to believe that betrayal is one of the most painful experiences we can ever have. How do I know? I’ve been there.
It was my own betrayals, first from my family and then from my husband, that shattered my heart, trust and life as I’d known it.
It didn’t make any sense. These were the people I loved and trusted. How could they hurt me like that? If I couldn’t count on or feel safe with the people I trusted the most, who could I trust? How would I navigate through this crisis while running my business, being there for my 4 kids, clients and 6 dogs, too? How could I make sense out of this and how would I ever be able to heal my mind, body and heart?
My desperation to understand betrayal led me to get a PhD in Transpersonal Psychology (the psychology of transformation and human potential). While there I did a groundbreaking study that led to the creation of a research-based, proven and predictable way to fully heal. The PBT (Post Betrayal Transformation) Institute was born.
I applied everything I learned to my own life. As I saw how it worked and contributed to my healing and transformation, I brought it into my work with clients, too. I was thrilled to see how this method was working with people who had tried everything before coming to me.
At the time, there was no program like this that addressed all areas of healing from betrayal: mind, body, and spirit, that are impacted by betrayal, and that delivered the specific kinds of support required to heal.

Once you join, you’ll immediately receive your welcome information assessment which helps us create your personalized approach for best results. As soon as you’ve completed that, we walk you through the next steps so you’re not overwhelmed and know exactly what to do.

You’ll receive lots of support and it also depends on which membership level you choose. Members receive support from our Client Care Specialist, Ling, our Certified Coaches/Practitioners, our Community Engagement Manager Stephanie and Dr. Debi too. Then there’s lots of support within the community from other members too. Want to remain anonymous? That’s OK too.
Rise members receive support from daily classes, Dr. Debi’s group coaching “coffee chats”, along with private sessions with a certified PBT Coach or Practitioner.
Transform members in addition to receiving live, daily classes with Coaches, and access to Dr. Debi’s “coffee chats”, also receive 2 sessions with a certified PBT Coach or Practitioner, a private session with Dr. Debi, and monthly group calls with Dr. Debi.
Regardless of your level of membership, everyone gets a personalized welcome video! And, if you invest for a year, not only do we give you 2 months of your membership for free, you receive a private session with Dr. Debi
Rise members can ask Dr. Debi questions during live small group coaching sessions.
Transform members receive a private session each month and a semi-private Transform member only group session held by Dr. Debi.
Your membership fees are automatically processed according to the commitment level you chose at 1, 3, 6, or 12 month intervals.
You’ll be able to login, access course materials, attend classes and schedule with Certified Coaches or Practitioners immediately after your onboarding process is complete.
Yep. We know this process works-remember, Dr. Debi did the study that made the discoveries on what helps us heal from betrayal and what holds us back so what she learned is exactly what’s included in your membership. We also know that it takes the right combination of Coaching, Classes, Community, Connection, Content and Curated Experts. You need to put in the time and effort and you need to be willing to move forward (believe it or not, willingness has SO much to do with it.) Having said that, if you do a combination of all of those things and don’t want to work with Dr. Debi and the team or community any longer, you can cancel and leave the membership community at any time.
That depends on you. Some members are with us for a few months (3-6 months) and others find the support and other benefits so valuable, they want to stay on much longer. Some have gotten so much value and have healed so well they want to pursue certification. So, it’s really up to you but of course, we hope you stay for as long as you feel you need to.
Imagine a community where you can interact with other members (who understand what you’re healing from because they’re healing from it too), where you can take a longer or shorter program with videos, audios and experiential activities, register for group classes, attend masterclasses with specially curated experts in a variety of different specialties, schedule time with coaches/practitioners and special small group coaching with Dr. Debi (along with additional group calls with a Transform membership). Imagine a place that offers everything you need to help you heal from betrayal with all of the support you need from people who get it, all in one place. Yep, it’s pretty special in there.
Specialists in the areas of health, spirituality, divorce/mediation, creativity...basically experts who have a specialty that can help you physically, mentally, emotionally, psychologically or spiritually.
All groups meet via zoom which is free. Once you find a class you want to attend, you’ll find a link in the calendar that takes you to a page with the corresponding Zoom link. You can join the calls via video or phone.
That’s kind of like going to the gym and asking that same question. The results depend on you. We know how well the coursework, community, support and more all work to ensure results...but you need to do the work to see for yourself.
