When trust is shattered, we don’t trust others and we often struggle in trusting ourselves. I teach you how in Trust Again: Overcoming Betrayal and Regaining Health, Confidence and Happiness. Here are a few additional ideas to help rebuild trust.

I realize that it is time to trust myself. I choose now to trust my inner guidance.

I embrace the information from my heart and mind. However, I ensure that I leave my ego at the door.

I know I can count on my gut feelings. My feelings are always correct. My body always tells the truth. I trust my body.

I make the best decisions when my heart, gut, and mind all have a voice. I love it when I am in alignment. That is when I can move forward with self-trust.

I am learning to trust myself over the influences of others. I listen to their input and go within to check if what they are saying is right for me.

I am learning to trust myself even more than before. This knowledge is giving me strength.

A new courage is welling up inside of me. I feel myself standing taller and breathing easier. I feel myself walking with more confidence. I hear myself speaking with greater authority.

I feel myself coming into who I truly am. I am finally at home in my own skin. I finally have the confidence to speak my truth. My voice is stronger. I speak with clarity.

Today, I know that I can trust my inner wisdom. I listen to my wisdom within and act accordingly, confident in my decisions.

Hope that helps!
